For our first signature dish post, I've chosen to focus on a Mediterranean-inspired creation, aligning with one of the cuisines mentioned in the meal prep offerings:

Inspiration: "Chef Mallorie's journey to creating this dish began during a transform



mative trip to Valencia, Spain. Wandering through fragrant citrus groves and bustling fish markets, she envisioned a paella that would capture the essence of the Mediterranean while incorporating her unique twist."

Ingredient Spotlight: "Our paella features locally-sourced seafood from partnering Black-owned farms, ensuring freshness and supporting our community. The citrus notes come from organic lemons and oranges, adding a bright, unexpected flavor that elevates the dish."
